I like Daikatana i think it is a pretty cool game!

no i am not referring to that dumb halo meme. I am speaking about how cool Daikatana is and i tested the GNU/Linux version ^^ it works good~ i will do a full test with a friend soon. although i did see some lag with switching weapons. thats all i got to report ^^

Lag when switching weapons over mulitplayer? If so, that is normal.

No response to my question. But if you are referring to the annoyance of a second or so before the weapon swithces there is server-side cvars such as coop_fast_switch, dm_fast_switch, dt_fast_switch, and ctf_fast_switch.

These allow to change weapons instantly, but again, the server has to allow this and nobody has these values set on the public servers as far as I know.
