[OpenAL Sound] Gashands looping sound, ion blaster ambient looping sound, and probably others don't update origin properly.

After doing a playthrough with OpenAL on Windows I noticed that the gashands engine noise wasn't playing most of the time and neither was the ion blaster ambient hum.

I realized what was happening is that it seems to be heard from the point it initially started then you can move away from the sound. So it appears these looping sounds aren't being followed with the player.
