Desynched animations & sound
The game has a ton of desynched stuff, for example an idle anim of discus of daedalus. here is comparison of how it's in the game and how it should be, shifted by around 150 ms

If you want to personally fix the sound files with the appropriate padding needed you can do so and send them to us for inclusion in pak4.pak. You can extract the pak files with daipak.exe.
However, they must not be transcoded. I don't know what tools you would need to make sure that's not happening; but they just need the extra dead space in the file to fix the offset.
Doing it in the code is just as intensive and we just don't have that kind of time to play around with something that most people aren't going to notice.

I don't know how easy it would be to fix in code, but maybe the sound file itself needs to trimmed or padded to sync up properly.
