e3m3c enormous lava hurt brushes

In the room right after the fight with Stavros there is a lavafalls to the left and right that has it's hurt brushes extended way beyond the lava itself. This alone makes fighting in that room much more frustraiting.

Resized those trigger_hurts. Had to split each lavafall into 2 triggers each because triggers function as orthogonal volumes only in the Q2 engine.
