Browser launch does not work in linux client

Go to multiplayer -> toastednet or daikatananews and click yes to launch the browser. Nothing happens after this point.

I just pushed a commit that fixed this (it needs xdg-open, but that should be available on most systems). I'll probably provide updated binaries soonish.
