Sins the todays update 19.12.2021 the game crashes
game starts to menu, but when u try to start the game, the game freezes and after few mouse clicks, the game closes

Are you using 32-bit or 64-bit? If 32-bit is it the Miles Audio Driver or OpenAL?

Also, the engine only supports 64 max channels in both audio renderers. So the fact it worked before is probably a bug itself. There’s no real reason to support 128 channels. I’ll have to push out a new build that caps it to 64 even if you try to override past that. It’s already done in OpenAL, but looks like it was missing in Miles. I’m assuming you’re using Miles as I was able to trigger the bug with Miles in 32-bit.

i am using 32bit Version of the 1.3 update. And it was with openal. Didn't test it with Miles.

i found the reason myself. in my config i had: set s_max_channels "128". with 128 this crash happens. when i lower it to 64, then the game starts. i dont know why, but before the update the game also worked with 128. perhaps it is a bug, or it was changed to not work with 128 anymore.
