Improved Multiplayer level select

In a future update, I'd like to see a new level select that doesn't require you to scroll through every level until you find the one you'd like to play. Something like UT99's dropdown menu for levels or a giant list ala modern games would make it much easier to select the level you want. The current one is a complete nightmare to use if you have anything more than the standard DM maps.

I'd also like it to be applied to the co-op menu as well so that people can select which map they want to start in ASAP instead of having to start an episode, then jump to the level you want via cheats.

Multiplayer map picker has been replaced with a new listbox control. Feature will be in next public build.
