Elevator cover doesn't work in E4M4B while playing on Samurai difficulty

There's an issue in map E4M4B where if you play on Samurai difficulty mode the elevator cover doesn't work properly. That leads to an issue where Mikiko will be unable to travel with you to the area with the yellow key in there. This is issue isn't present in Ronin or Shogun difficulty modes. I think it's a pretty major bug in the map.

.ent files that fix this problem have already been made and will be in the next release.

Alternately, you can download the file e4m4b&c_ent_2014-08-10.7z for an immediate fix, but note that having these files outside a .pak will break revised versions of these maps in later releases (e4m4b&c).

Aa, you've already fixed it. Thank you! I couldn't find the file you mentioned but that's ok. I rather wait for the next release.
