Player should not drop silverclaw in multiplayer upon death

Issue #45 resolved
the eo created an issue

When a player is killed in multiplayer in E3 whilst using the silverclaw, weapon will be dropped even though silverclaw is unable to be picked up.

The result could potentially be silverclaw's all over the map whilst not being able to be picked up/cleared.

Either the silverclaw could be made not to be dropped as a weapon or could simply be made to be picked up with no effect to clear the map.

Not sure if this is applicable to the disruptor glove in E1.
