mss32.dll missing on start

I just extracted the latest package (DK_EXE_110314_FULL.7Z) and added the following:

1) Windows pre-Beta version from 2014-12-10 (DK_EXE_121014.7z) 2) Updated maps (maps_110314.7z) 3) Community maps (dkcustom.rar)

When I run daikatana.exe, I get the following error: The program can't start because mss32.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

I also had this error the last time I tried one of your build.

Isn't that an audio drivers (Miles Sound System)? Where can I get this file? As far as I remember it was there in the original Daikatana install.
