Game ending after Kage dies

I played through the game yesterday starting on e4 and the game ended after Kages bossfight - with the end notice popping up, skipping Mikiko's fight completely. Does this happen every time?

Were you playing with coop set to 1 to disable sidekicks? This will skip the mikiko battle. Also, were you playing with sidekicks? sv_nosidekicks 1? what skill level? and what build are you using? You can check this by typing version in the console.

Ah, didnt know disabling sidekicks would disable the Mikiko battle. Thanks!

Did ytou disable them by setting coop mode? Playing the game with the latest build setting sv_nosidekicks 1 will be the true single player game including the cutscenes with sidekicks intact but they arent in the maps.

Player was using coop 1 instead of sv_nosidekicks 1.
