Major issue with ladder in E1M3a.

If you play E1M3a in Shogun/Hard difficulty, a vital ladder is missing in the pipeworks that leads to cell block 2. With the ladder missing, the only way to proceed is with a lucky Shotcycler jump or with noclip.

The ladder appears in other difficulties.

Removing that ladder was really a dick move. Fixed!

This problem still exist in the latest version 122015. Could you please fix that?

Looks like the fixed map got accidentally left out of pak6. It will be in the next public build.
