Impossible to reach enemy in E1M4c

The first part of E1M4c has a turret behind a painting that's on the other side of the reception desk area the player is in. There's no way the player can reach it without cheats. Because of this, it's impossible to kill every enemy in the map legitimately.

This turret does appear in the starting part of E1M4a, which appears as background decoration at the start of E1M4c, so it's likely someone forgot to delete it when they copy and pasted E1M4a's first part.
