Visuals for lightning guarding Crypt Key in E3M4a disappear after loading from save

If you save and load in the room that has the Crypt Key in E3M4a, the lightning effects for the lightning in front of the Crypt Key will disappear. However, the lighting itself is still active and will kill you if you try to grab the key before killing the Buboids.

I've included a shot of the bugged lightning effects and me killed by the now-invisible lightning.

This also occurs with the beams surrounding the spinning green light source near the starts of e4m4b and e4m4c.

This bug has been solved and the fix will be in the next released build.
