Handle full sig ID's (ABC-###)

Originally Tripwire would handle full signature ID's (AAA-###). However the odds that the 3 numbers would appear in the same system was extremely rare so the letters were only used to save and manual entry time.

Now with Thera and the other wormhole changes CCP have made to make wormholes more connected, we need to bring back the full signature ID. The plan is to make it optional.
