Custom wormhole names on both sides of connection

When you jump from a named system to a new system, a new wormhole signature is automatically created in the new system.
Current Behavior:
The name field of the new signature is set to the J-designation of the origin system.
Proposed Behavior:
The name field of the new signature is set to the name of the origin system (if a custom name has been set for the origin).
