Add option to create J-sig report from a map

Ability to create a sorted list of j-sigs from a given map/mask. Ex:

J123456 J345678 J456875 J569690

This would be useful for bookmark cleanup functions so that rolled/expired/no longer valid system could be mass removed from bookmark folders by matching the list to the bookmark list.

A valid suggestion but at the moment there are more vital things to be getting on with. A suggestion would be to use a "trash" bookmarks folder in-game for bookmarks older than a day and then clear out the trash every other day. Bookmarks can be sorted by date so this is usually a non-problem.
