Ability to move an already mapped chain from one mask to another, or to make it public

Sometimes when I'm mapping WH's it's convenient to keep the mask set to Personal, because of sites being ran, etc. but once that is done I would like to be able to make a chain I've got open available to another mask.

We could look at adding something like this but it will require some work. Closing the issue for now and we can perhaps come back to it at a later date
