Shattered systems have incorrect statics

Most, if not all shattered statics display incorrectly.

Valtyr Farshield has a database of the updates required to statics.json and combine.json

This is still an issue... we need to reach out to Vattyr or find out if someone else has these systems.

Currently working on this. Almost done. I'm having problems when generating the cominbe.json: http://i.imgur.com/xD9hxRs.png.

On the left side is my current version of combine.json. Looks like when generating with the newest SDE, the factionID field is left out. I talked to Fuzzy Steve a while ago and it looks like a problem with the newer SDE. I'll try an older one. What do you use when generating @daimian ?

@farshield Thank you very much for working on this! Yes I use Fuzzy Steve's SDE dumps normally. It is possible CCP moved the factionID info out of the normal DB dump into yaml format :(
