can't add sig ingame

can't add and save sig ingame, only out of game.

Some others have reported this issue - also with mass adding via paste. But they claimed it worked itself out after awhile and some page refreshes.

I will try to personally test this ASAP (currently at work) and will continue to keep an eye out for this issue.

Should be now fixed - but IGB seems stubborn to update so likely will need to go into the menu "Options" -> "General Settings" - then using the "Clear Browser Cache" button.
