Auto Timeout GATE sigs

Make the GATE connections decay after an amount of time, since they pile up and can create lag/issues (you ever try the k-space tab when you have a lot of gate connections?).

Daim might have a better idea than I do but i have a workaround for you. Enter your gates as K162's to give them a lifespan. That being said, I've always scanned wormholes as much as possible and tried to avoid using gates.
