I can not get this to recreate. Have you tried going into HERE and deleting your CREST auth for TW and then coming back out to TW and re-authorizing?

Yea, same here - i have checked almost everything I can and everything appears normal and over 500 users are active right now. Could have been a DNS outage somewhere in the world this morning.
