The map doesn't load

I logged on and when I get to the screen that shows the system paths, all I get is the back ground of space. No brackets, lines, or ability to search for systems or open settings. It's like the program half loads.

Must be a javascript error. In Chrome there is a developer console you can open to check for these major errors (show red). F12 and then go to the console tab. Screenshot that please.
