cron: Security Failure!

Hello there,

following the installation instruction one of the last parts is to execute 'tools/api_pull.php' using cron jobs in 3 minute intervals. I tried to configure that but all I get is the message 'Security Failure!'.

What do I have to do to be able to execute this script in 3 minute intervals?

Environment: OS: Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS PHP: (at the moment) 5.6.29
