Duplicate k-space systems

When I explore in k-space tab the k-space systems duplicates like following:

This duplication occurs only when 2nd and 3rd wormhole is discovered and jumped to in a k-space system. K-space system will not duplicate if only single wormhole is jumped in.

How to replicate the bug: 1. Activate follow system and auto-mapper feature; 2. Open a new tab and set it as k-space tab; 3. Discover 2 wormholes in one k-space system ingame; 4. Jump into the first wormhole; 5. Jump back out to the k-space system; 6. Jump into the second wormhole; 7. Jump back out the k-space system.

At this point you will have 2 of the k-space system on the chain map as picture above. Is this duplication a bug? or some kind of feature that I don't know, that I can turn off?

I just found out that you don't even need to jump into a wormhole to reproduce this issue. Just pasting more than one wormholes into tripwire duplicates the k-system that many times. i.e. steps 4-7 is not necessary.

I'm also having this same issue, wondering if there is any progress on it. Like Bat said, just pasting the wormholes is enough to duplicate the system.
