Redirect to Galileo upon tracking new character

Upon giving permission to read/write location data, etc through https://login.eveonline.com/oauth/authorize..., Tripwire is redirecting to https://galileo.eve-apps.com. This issue is reproducible simply by adding a new character to tracking.

    This has been resolved and Tripwire is working normally again. It was a networking issue caused by DigitalOcean
