Change default sigType for manual sig additions

Assuming most of the manual sig adding involves wormholes (at least this is true for maintaining Thera), it would be nicer and a bit more streamlined if the sigType combo in the "Add Signature" dialog would default to Wormhole instead of Combat.

If this change is to be implemented, an additional change would also be welcome: changing the tab-index for the sigType combo – as to make the cursor jump from ID to Type
