Unable to scroll list of characters

I have some 11 characters from 4 accounts and want to keep track of their whereabouts. I am sure some people would have even more. However, currently it is impossible to scroll the list of characters and therefore is impossible to select a character to track. The only workaround to see them all is to zoom out entire interface,
