System acting like it's favorited

I've noticed a small bug (or stupidity on my part, potentially) where there is a system (Yria) that is acting like it is favorited.

My favorites are currently only Jita and Amarr, yet when I click the "Add favorite systems to chain" button, Yria is added to the chain as well as Jita/Amarr. When I view Yria specifically, it is not favorited. And if I add it to favorites, it shows Yria in the chain twice. The same sort of thing happens if I view Yria and click "add viewing system to chain" - it shows up twice.

I feel like this issue happened when I had two Tripwire windows open (when I first started using it and figuring it out), but I don't exactly know as I didn't have everything set up properly when I was messing with things and trying to figure out what everything did.

It's not honestly a huge issue, but it does add a little bit to an already cluttered view.

I think I might know what has happened then - your in-depth description of the problem sheds some light on what others have also had happen.

I believe the issue is when you un-favorite a system it just removes 1 instance (as there should only be one). However like you said, if you have two windows open you might be able to add a system as a favorite twice.

This should be easy enough to prove and fix if it is the case - I will try to do this tonight.

Yeah, that was what I suspected too. I had two windows open with Yria favorited in both, and only un-favorited one. So there's now a second inaccessible "Yria" that Tripwire can see but not display properly.

The same thing happened with another system, maybe Jita, but I had un-starred it in both windows before moving on, and so the issue didn't happen.

Is there any way I can give you my character name and have you delete the hidden Yria from my favorites? It makes it more cluttered and hard-to-read than it needs to be when we have a lot of hi-sec connections.

What character is liked to the account that has this issue? I cannot recreated the issue correctly, but if I can copy your Tripwire settings into mine I might be able to finally fix this issue.

Yup. it's fixed now. Thanks! The star showed back up on Yria this time so I just had to click it again and all is well.
