Auto tracking position arrows miss

My hud miss the double arrow in the top center of the hud for autotracking the position of my ship. It can be a problem with the api? Also i use Chrome, it is maybe the wrong browser to use? (maybe another browser work better with tripwire...)

Try using this guide (https://bitbucket.org/daimian/tripwire/wiki/Tracking%20your%20characters'%20locations) - as long as CCP are not having issues with ESI the tracking should work.
