Missing signatures

All the signatures copied to tripwire do not show. For example: I copy and pasted 8 sigs but only 7 of them show. When I try to manually create the missing ID it says it already exists and will not let me overwrite it. Has happened in several systems with varying amounts of missing sigs.

It was in and around Thera last night. I'll head out there and see if I can reproduce the problem.

Went back to Thera. The signature in Hi-sec (Todrir) doesn't appear after copy and paste into Tripwire. In Thera I copy and pasted 44 signatures and only 26 appear in Tripwire.

Thera is a tricky system to use as an example because EVE Scout Thera wormholes are imported but are not able to be modified.

It's possible I only saw the issue in and around Thera. If I can reproduce it elsewhere I'll post.

I've spent 30+mins this morning trying to recreate this issue with no success. If you can write steps to duplicate this issue on command I can fix it and get a patch out ASAP.
