What does this mean? I got it last night and I still am getting it (currently it is 16:54 Eastern US time on 7/1/2017

Hey there!
Simple fix for this. It sounds like you're trying to sign up with an access mask that doesn't match what Tripwire wants. I suggest you follow the wiki guide on getting set up and it'll step you through the process:
