Delegate Mask Admin to Corp Member

I am in a very large corporation with directors who do not take part in scanning. However, our corp relies very heavily on the Tripwire mask to access content across the Eve galaxy. Would it be possible to add a feature where they could delegate mask admin access to another Tripwire user account that is not director level within corp?

.... Why do you need mask admin for something already set up? I don't understand your use case, and I don't think daimian will either.

Because Mask Admins get lots of useful information about who is active and who is not via user statistics. Seeing who is actively scanning, who is contributing to the mask, who hasn't logged in a while... all useful information for someone organizing a group of 40+ wormhole scanners.
