Former user created an issue 2017-11-12

API 'Account Status' permission ONLY - too many permissions. Cached Until: 11:06:11 EVE deleted all api keys and done a new one still the same error. I have waited and tried the above 10 times now for the last day

The problem should be exactly as it states. You are providing it with too many permissions. Follow my setup guide to the letter then lemme know if you still have issues: https://bitbucket.org/daimian/tripwire/wiki/Getting%20Started

Tripwire will only accept an API with just Account Status, nothing more.
