Change Layout to support larger mapping window

move the top three windows to the left margin and allow the map panel to consume the rest of the browser

    You can customize the layout by clicking the layout button in the top-right corner of Tripwire. It will unlock the UI so you can rearrange the tiles and resize them. Lock it again to save.

    Its not the most adaptive way to customize the UI but I am working on some improvements in that area which will arrive in May.
