'Alliance' Corporation mask not found

Hi Daimian,

Firstly, love Tripewire. It is a great tool and it is making things a lot easier for me.

Having an issue though when rolling it out as our tool of choice at an Alliance level.

I did a quick google search to see if there was a guide to how exactly to do it, and found a Reddit article with a link to a guide, but it was an old eve forum and resulted in a broken page, but the gist was as follows:

"Make a mask, grant their corp access to the mask, and have the other corp's Tripwire admin add it to their available masks on the corporate level. Users mark it as active and presto! Shared Tripwire data."

I have done the above, however, other corporations Directors/Tripwire Admin is not able to find the mask I created (and added their corp to) when they do a search for it.

I have confirmed they have an Admin registration with correct API - as do I - and that they have the Director role in-game for their respective Corp - as do I for mine.

I can see the new 'alliance' mask with an alt of mine that uses a separate eve account and a separate Tripwire log in correctly. However, when they attempt to add the 'corporate' mask by searching for it by name it says it's not found.

Is there a key piece of information that we are missing? Like it has to be the executor corp that creates the 'alliance' corporate mask? Is there a guide somewhere on how to do it step-by-step?
