Signatures default lifespan

1) Signatures default lifespan both for copy&pasting and auto mapper should be set to 16 hours (now - 3 days). 2) The editing of the signature lifespan should be changed to more obvious than changing it by arrows keys UP/DOWN. The plain field with time format will be even better. 3) Add to the Preference/Signature paste default life to the value list the smaller values - 16hours, 8hours, 4hours, and possibly delete the 28 days, 7 days values which are less likely possible in WH space for the signatures.

Not an issue Longer sig lifetimes are valid for non-wormhole sigs (e.g. gas sites and combat sites last for many days if not touched). Default WH lifetime is 3 days which is conservative but it gets updated when you enter the wormhole type.
