Cannot use Tripwire login details in Short Circuit

Former user created an issue

I set up my username and password to use in Short Circuit but when I key it in, it still says "Tripwire error. Check url/user/password." How do I make this work?

    I do not have any connection with Short Circuit, I believe there is no developer for that app anymore. Sorry I cannot help
