Add "Unknown" and "Dangerous" to valid wormhole destinations

Visually identifying the category of a wormhole is not always easy.

Allowing Unknown and Dangerous as destinations would make things easier to track your own chain.

I would recommend downgrading this. It’s a more significant change than it seems on its face for what I would consider a very minor improvement for a minority of users.

Downgraded to minor. It’s still a bit annoying but you can workaround by using the signature name.
