when try to use the sso to login into trip wire I keep getting told Tripwire account already exists for that character - use the login instead and when I use the login it tells me password incorrect. is there a way to reset my password?

Same problem here: Tried login through api, get told to use login because character already added to an account. Tried to login, finally find account name, cannot remember password, the "forgot login" link is supposed to send back to the the api login, but does not even work when interacted. Now i'm forced to try all my 2+ years old passwords in the hope of finding the correct one.

We need a way to reset password, or reset characters added before the new API was introduced.

Use that method to login and change your password or even your username without knowing it.
