J011824 incorrect statics

Trip reports this as having C3, C4, LS statics. It actually appears to have C3, C4, NS.

I cannot confirm this, http://anoik.is/systems is another tool that seems to indicate LS not NS static like Tripwire.

Leaving this open for now in case someone else can confirm or deny
