J133207 is mislabeled as a C4

Former user created an issue

Wormhole J133207 appears as a C4 in the tree but is (correctly) labeled as a C3 in the system info panel. Ellatha confirms it is a C3, as does the fact that it has a high-sec static. Please fix this confusing issue.

    I checked and Tripwire is seeing this as a C3 in the tree if no wormhole type is defined. It is likely someone put in the wrong wormhole type for that system connection.
