Login with SSO: Account Doesn't Exist?

I created a tripwire account, registered using SSO, and I get a confirmation screen saying that my account was created.

When I try to log in via SSO, it claims that no account exists for that character. I've repeated this process a few times.

The default Username it creates matches the name of your character, so I tried logging in to tripwire manually using that username. The app seems to recognize that an account with that username exists, but since I can't log in via SSO, I have no idea what the default password it created was and have no way to change it.

I made some improvements to the ESI error handling when registering and logging in - please go through the register process again.
