Former user created an issue 2019-05-22

Hi, I can't log in either using Safari or Firefox. After I register, when I again try to log in via my Eve online info I get this error message: "No Tripwire account for that character"

I may have created an account years back for which I no longer have login information.

I would like to use Tripwire! Any suggestions?

Go ahead an try registering now and logging in.

There was an old account with 5 logins that was no longer linked to a character for some reason. I didn’t delete the account if you want to resurrect it instead of creating a new account.

It worked! Thanks so much Daimian! I just logged via Eve, I hope that’s what you were suggesting, but in any case I’m in!
