Unable to register new character

When I go to register it takes me to the SSO login which i click and authorize for my character, then when I go to login and click the SSO login so i can then go into my account and create a username and password it says no account found for that character. I have included screenshots of it saying i successfully created my account, also another one saying that there is no account found, and one of the third party applications in the help center that says tripwire SSO is in the list of applications, so it made it at least to the EVE side of things. Also I have attempted this around 3 or 4 times to make sure it wasnt a one time thing. My characters name is Jediir Janau

I can confirm the same issue exactly as described by OP.

Can you both give me the full character names you are trying? This is typically an ESI issue and requires a database change to fix.

I believe Jon’s character is “Jediir Janau” as he mentions.
Mine is “Winters”.
