Signature lifespan inconsistency

There is around 1 hour of deviation on lifespan but tripwire did not consider it at all. It erased the signal when "standard" lifespan is reached while the signal was still there for like another 40 minutes. There should be a delayed auto erase by 1 hour if not manually removed.
