Tripwire doesn't track me when I jump into a new hole

I have been using Tripwire for 3months and it worked great but since yesterday when I jump into a new hole it doesn't actualize , I have to add the hole manually. Any solution to solve this problem ?

I'm using tripwire 1.11.22, I guess it's the last version
