Cannot log in.

Having returned from a long break. I cannot log into Tripwire anymore, I cannot remember my login, though I have a good idea about my password.

It then prompts me to use SSO. I do so, Login to SSO, Authorize my character. Then I get back to the homepage of tripwire like I have not even gone through that process. Tried a dozen times over a couple of hours asuming it might just be a temporary glitch or electronic wizardry like sometimes is the case in the IT world but I keep getting the same problem.

Is the URL I end up at. Now I've tried registering but I get this message: Tripwire account already exists for that character - use the login instead.

Which is obviously true, since i've used it in the past, but I don't remember details and the SSO login does not work either.

The corporation I was a part of has gone closed so it might have to do with that.
