Unable to register account for a char

Hi,

I’m unable to have Tripwire “register” an account for one of my chars. I initially had it added under my primary char but realized I only added it to the “tracking” section, meaning I can’t see any corp-related stuff. So I removed it from tracking, logged out, and tried to register with the char. Tripwire claims it created an account, but then after attempting to login it says that no account exists for that char. I tested with my 3rd char and it created an account for that one, so I’m guessing the issue is that I added the char to “tracking” to the other char.
