Unable to stay logged in

Former user created an issue

Using the EVE SSO log in, when selecting the appropriate character with a tripwire account, the page will authenticate correctly and then flash the correct mask and immediately log the user out. The results repeat themselves indefinitely. Tripwire simply refuses to stay logged in.
